| Hurd's Moon was a desolate world in the Mid Rim territories. It is not known if the planet was a satellite of another nearby planet or if it was named "the moon" for some other reason. Although the planet didn't look as a planetary ecumenopolis from orbit, several huge skyhooks can be clearly seen from space while on planet approach vector.
